1. Background camera mode
 
Integrate pictures from off-axis background cameras for comfortable job processing. This tool can compensate for optical distortion/rotation.
 
Integrated off-axis background camera
 
Request: Support camera devices through UVC class drivers and must be compatible with UVC 1.1.
 
Simple steps (please read the SAMlight manual for detailed steps):
 
1. Set a camera that supports the UVC protocol on the side axis of the device, and adjust the angle to aim at the marking platform.
 
2. Select "Settings-System-View-Toolbar-Background" to start the "Background Camera" on the toolbar.
 
3. Select "right mouse button-view properties-general-enable Direct3D" to start the background view.
 
4. Enter the settings, select the camera, adjust the parameters, and correct the distortion of the camera and the actual graphics.
 
5. The background image is perfectly integrated with the physical image, which is convenient for marking.
 
2. More swing modes
 
USC-3 has more swing modes (circle, sine, ellipse, 8-Shape, Double-8, Zig-Zag, C-Shape).
 
3. With SPI G4 4MHZ laser
 
USC-3 adds the function of matching SPI G4 4Mhzlaser.

How can I get warranty service if the laser tube has an issue?

Within the warranty period, if there is a power problem of laser tube, please send us video that shows operating current, working status and factory label. The video can run starting from power meter, high-voltage end, low-voltage end, through to factory label. When it comes to laser spot problem, please test the light spot quality at the light outlet of the laser tube. The light spot tested at second reflector, third reflector and focus lens will not be recognized.
